The Opportunity As a Membership Manager , you’ll lead a high-energy team of Member Support Consultants , inspiring them to deliver outstanding member experiences while driving measurable club growth. This role is about balancing people leadership with performance — guiding your team to achieve sales and retention targets while setting the standard for service excellence at the front desk. You’ll play a central role in welcoming new members, keeping existing members motivated and engaged, and creating a club culture where both your team and members can thrive, feel supported, and reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop the Member Support Consultant team to achieve sales and retention targets Drive member growth through acquisition, integration, and proactive retention strategies Oversee front desk operations and set the standard for exceptional member service Monitor performance, set goals, and provide training to ensure consistent team success Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of Member Support Consultants Collaborate with club and regional leaders to deliver membership growth initiatives About You Proven background in sales and customer service, with a track record of achieving KPIs Strong understanding of the sales cycle and customer retention strategies Experience leading, mentoring, or motivating a team to achieve goals Confident using business systems and reporting tools Current First Aid and CPR certification (WWCC may be required depending on state) What we can offer you: We can give you a career with meaning - where you can see how your actions positively impact the lives of others on a daily basis.
